• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Each User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

2.2.Account Restrictions:

• Users may not share accounts or transfer ownership without our prior written consent.

2.3.Account Termination:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3.1. Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. Users are prohibited from:

• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Uploading or sharing unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Violating intellectual property rights of others.

4.1. Buyers:

• Must ensure that orders placed through the Platform are legitimate.
• Are responsible for verifying the quality and suitability of purchased products or services.

4.2.Sellers:

• Must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability of products or services.
• Are responsible for ensuring that products meet all applicable standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

5.1. Platform usage fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the registration or transaction process.

5.2. Payments between Buyers and Sellers must be conducted through the authorized payment channels provided by the Platform.

5.3. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and charges under Saudi Arabian law.

6.1. All content on the Platform, including text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Trade Park.

6.2. Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.

7.1. Users must treat any non-public information obtained through the Platform as confidential and refrain from disclosing it to third parties without proper authorization.

8.1. We are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform.
• The quality, safety, or legality of products or services listed by Sellers.

8.2. Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the User in the preceding six months.

9.1. Users may terminate their account at any time by providing written notice.

9.2. We may terminate or suspend a User's account for:

• Breaches of these Terms.
• Violations of applicable laws.

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Saudi Arabian laws.

11.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notification on the Platform.

11.2. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
