Buying questions
Why do you verify buyers?
Much of this equipment can only be sold to licensed practices and facilities. Before payment we confirm your business (EIN and registration), any license the equipment requires, such as state radiation registration, and who will receive it. It protects everyone and keeps serious buyers at the front of the line.
What does it cost?
Requesting a quote is free. Your quote shows one price covering the equipment, freight and TradePark’s service fee, so you know the full cost before you commit.
How does payment work?
You pay into escrow with a licensed escrow provider, not to the seller directly. The funds are held while the equipment is removed and you inspect it against the listing, and released to the seller once the inspection terms are met.
What if the equipment is not as described?
Raise it during the inspection window set in your deal. Because the funds are still held in escrow, the issue is resolved before any money is released. See our refunds and disputes page for details.
Who arranges removal and shipping?
TradePark does. We coordinate de-installation, rigging and freight with licensed, insured carriers and the seller’s facility team, and include the cost in your quote. If you have your own rigger or installer, tell us and we will work with them.
Do you sell to buyers outside the US?
We focus on US buyers. Export sales are handled case by case and must meet US export rules and the destination country’s import requirements.
