These terms apply to your use of thetradepark.com and the TradePark marketplace, operated by TradePark LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("TradePark", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a listing or request, you agree to them.

What TradePark does

TradePark runs a managed marketplace that connects sellers of used medical equipment with buyers. We prepare listings, verify businesses, and coordinate quotes, escrow, documentation, removal and freight. TradePark does not take title to equipment and is not a party to the sale contract between the seller and the buyer unless we say so in writing for a specific transaction.

Escrow and payment

Funds for a sale are paid by the buyer to an independent, licensed escrow provider and released under the terms agreed between seller and buyer. TradePark does not hold sale funds. TradePark acts as a neutral coordinator between seller and buyer, not as the agent or advisor of either party. TradePark is compensated by service fees that may be paid by both the seller and the buyer. Each party’s fee is set out in its own quote or listing agreement before it commits, and is confidential to that party.

Listings and descriptions

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they give us about their equipment, including condition, service history and ownership. We prepare listings from that information and the documentation provided. Buyers should inspect equipment against the listing within the inspection window set in their deal.

Eligibility and compliance

Buyers must be able to lawfully purchase, possess and operate the equipment they buy, including any state registration or licensing for radiation-emitting equipment, and must follow manufacturer and regulatory requirements for installation and use. We may decline any buyer or listing.

Information on this site is general. It is not medical, legal, tax or regulatory advice. Equipment is sold for professional use by qualified operators.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TradePark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, or for the condition, performance or fitness of equipment sold between sellers and buyers. Our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the fee we received for that transaction.
