What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: usually your name, title, organization, work email, phone, and details about the equipment you want to sell or buy. When you create an account, we also store your login details and your role as a buyer or seller. Our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

When you submit a form, we also record how you found us: the page you first visited, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the button that brought you to the form.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, value and list equipment, verify buyers, coordinate sales, and follow up about your request. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share what is needed to complete a sale with the other party to that sale and with the escrow provider, and we use service providers to host this site, receive form submissions and send email. They process data on our behalf and only for those purposes.

Patient data

We do not want or accept patient information through this site. Please do not include patient data in forms or photos. Devices that store patient data are wiped before removal, as described in our process.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site. Google Analytics uses cookies and may share data with Google, including for advertising features, which can count as "sharing" under California law.

We do not sell personal information. You can opt out of sharing for advertising on this browser with the button below. We also treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out, automatically.
