Get paid for the equipment you no longer need.
List it yourself or send us your inventory and we list it for you. We find a verified buyer, hold their payment in escrow and coordinate removal and freight. Your facility stays anonymous until a deal needs it.
Separate the high-value lots before the auction
Closures and moves run on a deadline, and the easy path is to sell the whole building’s contents in one auction. That works for furniture and small devices. It does not work well for a CT scanner, an MRI or a full OR, which sell to a small number of qualified buyers who need time to arrange rigging.
We identify those systems early, list them to the buyers who want them, and schedule removal before your auction or vacate date. Everything else can still go to auction.
- An inventory of what is worth selling on its own
- Listings out before the closure date is public, if you prefer
- Removal dates set around your vacate deadline
- Listings without your facility name
- Optional paid services: certified data wipe and radiation transfer paperwork
Idle equipment is a cost, not an asset
Replaced systems in storage, duplicate equipment after a consolidation, and rooms that were never reopened all lose value every month they sit. Storage, insurance and maintenance contracts keep costing money in the meantime.
We sell them before they lose more value. If your finance team wants it, we close each sale with a recovery report: sale price, costs, net recovered and the book value it replaced.
- A list of idle equipment and what each item could bring
- Net recovery after fees and removal, before you commit
- Funds in escrow before anything is removed
- Optional recovery report per sale for finance and audit

Selling questions
What do you need from us to start?
A list of the equipment with make, model and year if you have them, and a few photos. Service records, CT tube usage and MRI helium levels help us value imaging systems, but you do not need them to start.
Who removes the equipment?
TradePark coordinates it after the buyer’s payment is in escrow. We schedule de-installation, rigging and freight with licensed, insured carriers and work out access, dates and building requirements with your facilities team.
Can you list the equipment for us?
Yes. Send an inventory spreadsheet or photos and we build the listings, check recalls and documents, and send them to you for approval. You can also list items yourself from a free account.
Can you sell equipment that is still in use?
Yes. Many sales are scheduled around a replacement install or a planned closure date. We list the equipment ahead of time and set removal for after it comes out of service.
Is my facility named on the listing?
No. Listings show the equipment, its condition and the state it ships from. Buyers deal with TradePark, and your facility’s name is shared only when a deal needs it, such as for site access on removal day.
What does it cost?
Listing is free. TradePark charges a service fee on each completed sale, set out in your listing agreement before anything goes live. If nothing sells, you pay nothing.
Do you handle data wiping and radiation paperwork?
If you want us to. Certified NIST 800-88 data wiping, state radiation equipment transfer paperwork and a recovery report for your finance team are available as paid services.
